• Post Op Services:

  Our aim is to support you through your post op recovery. We assess all aspects of each individual including compression, diet and healing.

• Manual lymphatic drainage Post Op
  48 hours - 4 weeks - 60-90mins | $160 + hst

  Using gentle hand techniques we work to assist your lymphatic system in releasing your post surgical swelling, bruising and pain. Our aim is to help prevent the build up of fibrotic tissue while addressing any skin adhesions that may arise during recovery. Compression and post op supplies are reviewed and adjusted as needed.

• Advanced post op care
  4 weeks - 10 weeks - 60-90mins | $190 + hst

  Sessions include a lymphatic flush to help your body release built up fluid, as well as more advanced techniques to address skin adhesions or fibrotic tissue formation. Using negative compression, tapping and other techniques as needed we help guide you through your recovery journey to help you achieve your recovery goals.

• Maintenance treatments
  10 weeks + post op - 60-90 mins | $190 + hst

  Using a variety of different modalities we aim to help you reach and most importantly keep your body goals. All sessions come with a lymphatic flush and fibrosis treatment to help breakdown any hard lumps and bumps that may have developed. Some modalities used can include wood therapy, radio frequency and cavitation.

• Body contouring services: Non surgical fat reduction/skin tightening/cellulite treatment/detoxification
  90mins | $200 + hst

  Individualised treatment plans are created to help you reach your body goals. All contouring services come with a lymphatic flush, as well as a diet overview and consultation.
  Services can include but not limited to the following:
  Wood therapy
  Vacuum therapy
  Cavitation
  Radio frequency
  *consistency is key with body contouring treatments, to see desired results a minimum of 6-12 sessions are required.

• Brazilian Booty Lift
  1 hour | $150 + hst

  This non-invasive procedure will plump and lift your glute muscles giving you a perky and more rounded look. This is a semi permanent procedure best paired with additional glute activation movements to help train your glute muscles. To see desired results a minimum of 6-8 sessions are required.

• Brazilian Lymphatic Facial Drainage
  30mins | $125 + hst

  Flush out all the toxins and extra water retention you carry in your cheeks, jawline and puffiness around the eyes. This treatment helps bring oxygen to your face, increasing blood flow giving you a natural glow.

• Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
  1 hour (full body) | $210 + hst

  Receive a complete body detox, using specific hand techniques to contour and define your curves. We aim to stimulate your lymphatic system to help flush your body of toxins, water weight and bloat. This specific technique will leave you feeling light, energized and beautiful from the inside out.
